We have a small herd of Dexter, Angus and Herefords which are grass fed and rotated regularly around our fields. Every six months or so, we sell boxes of their meat and it is absolutely delicious and of course local, well looked after and well managed. Close to the farm with good vehicle access we have half an acre of barns which provide much demanded domestic self-storage and a limited area for vehicle storage. At the moment we store house contents for those waiting to move house or return, having refurbished and a collection of mostly vintage vehicles all under cover. The containers are clean, dry and difficult if not impossible to move!
Importantly, we have 24 hour remotely monitored CCTV which allows us to look at your container or vehicle at your leisure whilst we are alerted if anything suspicious happens. We limit access hours except by prior arrangement and of course the cameras have full recording facilities.
We are competitively priced and believe that we offer the best value for money in the area.
We have a number of residential properties which we have refurbished and have plans to build several more all in the style which the Hurstbourne Tarrant Village Design Statement demands. We let some of the properties and are always interested in acquiring houses and land around the village. Our aim is to enhance property to a good standard and in keeping with what has been built here over the centuries.
We are flexible in our approach to property development. We take on some projects ourselves and with other larger ventures, we will entertain joint arrangements with building companies and developers.
